The villa has been divided into 3 areas: the house, the private majlis and the main majlis.

The house has been developed around an internal courtyard functioned as pool to cool down the internal temperature. The living room consists two levels and can be distinguished from the curved roof.  The windows of the rooms are marked by typical Arabic elements (musharabya) to protect the rooms from the sun rays.

The private majlis has been developed around a rectangular pool which represents the connection between the house and the main majlis.

The main majlis consists 2 main parts: the lobby and the sitting area. The lobby resembles a glass cube, properly covered by louvers. The sitting area appears as a rectangular box, which has been decorated by panel system. These panels allow the view from within but not the opposite. At the ground floor they slide into each other, allowing the access to the terrace.
