The villa is inserted in a residential district created close to the sea. The design of the villa is squared and having a double approach along the 2 main fronts: towards the hinterland, where the entrance is, the façade appears “rigid”, like a single block. Along the back, the façade offers the view towards the sea and is composed by a series of terraces overlooking the private garden. 

The interior is very spacious and related through large windows to the garden outside.
